The Unsuitable Boy is the book about Karan Johar’s biography, co-authored by Karan himself and Poonam Saxena. In the book, he clearly says
Everybody knows what my sexual orientation is. I don’t need to scream it out. If I need to spell it out, I won’t only because I live in a country where I could possibly be jailed for saying this.
After listening to this kind of confession by Karan, we can be sure about his sexuality. It feels like Karan is indirectly trying to disclose that he is bisexual. But still, it would be easier for his fans if he defined his sexuality.
