Kit Harington Checked Into Health Facility For The Sake of His Wife

Kit Harington who, according to his wife, was living an unhealthy lifestyle checked into a health facility after a much-needed push from his wife. 

The news came in the media after an insider told US Magazine about the concerns of Kit's wife regarding his health. The insider said,

Kit went to treatment for Rose. He was living a very unhealthy lifestyle. He was stressed all the time and using unhealthy coping tools

As revealed by the insider, Kit's wife Rose Leslie had been asking Kit to go far for a checkup for a long time. 

She loves him very much, she had been telling him to get into treatment for a little while now.

The Game of Thrones actor's representative said that Kit sought help from professionals at a health facility before the airing of the final episode of Game of Thrones on May 19. On May 28, Kit's representative said in a statement that, 

Kit has decided to utilize this break in his schedule as an opportunity to spend some time at a wellness retreat to work on some personal issues

Reportedly, the actor is receiving treatment for issues related to stress and alcohol abuse in a treatment facility in Connecticut. The kit is under treatment for almost a month and the source also claimed that GOT’s conclusion spurred his health problems. 

Talking of Harington and Rose, the duo met on the sets of Game of Thrones and eventually tied the knot in June 2018, in Scotland.
