Lionsgate Announced Release Date for John Wick: Chapter 4

Entertainment company Lionsgate announced on Monday 20th May 2019, that John Wick: Chapter 4 will be released on 21st May 2021.

The announcement was made by Lionsgate via text message to the movie's fans and followers.

The message read as follows,

You have served. You will be of service. John Wick: Chapter 4 is coming – May 21, 2021.

The media house's announcement came a few days after the release of the franchise's supposed finale John Wick: Chapter 3-Parabellum made an outstanding $57-million earning in the opening weekend.

John Wick: Chapter 3 depicts the return of John Wick, an ex-hitman played by Keanu Reaves, who is fighting off trained assains who are chasing a bounty on his head.

The movie also features actress Halle Berry and Laurence Fishburne.

Parabellum is the third installment of the John Wick franchise which started ion 2014 followed by a sequel John Wick: Chapter 2 in 2017.
