Mamie Gummer Gives Birth, Welcomes First Child, a Baby Boy, With Fiance Mehar Sethi
Meryl Streep is now a grandmother! The 69-year-old actress' eldest daughter, Mamie Gummer, and her loving fiance, Mehar Sethi, have welcomed their first child together.
A representative for Streep confirmed to Us Weekly that the True Detective star, 35, gave birth to an adorable son.
Details about the baby boy, including his name, have not been disclosed. Both Mamie and her iconic mother are extremely private about personal stuff.
As we previously reported, a rep for the family confirmed in early December that The Good Wife star was pregnant with Sethi's baby.

The couple's expecting news had come three months after getting engaged; the new father proposed to his girlfriend while on vacation in Croatia.
The Emily Owens, M.D. star had shared an Instagram post on August 27, to announce the engagement at the time. Alongside a photo of the pair, she wrote, "My fiancé".
Mamie was previously married to Benjamin Walker. The former couple had tied the knot in July 2011 at Streep’s Connecticut home after getting engaged in October 2009.
They used to live together in Park Slope, Brooklyn but in March 2013, they called it quits.
