First of all, to make everything clear, let's find out who are the fighters. Manny Pacquiao and his most favorite opponent Floyd Mayweather are boxers who are recently showing interest in fighting the UFC fighter Conor Mcgregor in a boxing match.

Dana White role in bringing the fight between McGregor and Mayweather
Dana White the president of UFC has offered $25 million to both the fighters and the split of pay-per-view review. According to Dana, if the audience wants the match then he is ready to give the match and McGregor is open for a fight with anyone, anywhere.
Dana also mentions that money means a lot to Floyd because of Floyd's spending habit, but his record also means a lot to him (49,0), so it's a wait and watch situation.

Pay-per-view is service in which a television service provider purchase any event and sells it to its subscriber and is paid for the service. So how come you need to know about this?
It's because this issue is about the share of pay-per-view at which Floyd Mayweather has one of the best pay-per-view in his match with Manny Pacquiao.

The match between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd had $4 million buys. Conor McGregor also did $1.5 million and $1.3 million pay per view in his 203 and 205 matches in UFC.
So, if there is a match between any of them then it is sure that pay-per-view will have a new record. The event will surely collect all the UFC as well as the boxing fans, so Manny Pacquiao won't mind fighting Conor if Floyd denies the offer.
