Mariska Hargitay And Peter Hermann Married Life Grows Stronger; Has Three Children With Her Husband
Starting her career from a cult classic Ghoulies (1984), as Donna, Mariska Hargitay was in the spotlight. Born as youngest amongst her three siblings parents Mickey Hargitay and Jayne Mansfield. Mariska and her brothers Zoltan and Mickey Jr. survived the crash in which they lost their mother. After which they were raised by Ellen Mickey's second wife.
Jayne was also an actress who changed her name, her hair color and did nude pictorials to rise but Hargitay did not follow her mother but took a different path to success. With her great image in the industry, she met her future husband Peter Hermann in the set of Law & Order in 2001 and got married in 2004. Let's start talking about their marriage in detail.

As mentioned earlier, Mariska Hargitay and Peter Hermann met each other for the first time in the set of Law & Order in 2001, and in later 2004 they got married. Wait we have not disclosed the whole truth about their relationship. To know it all you got to stay till the end.
Hermann's debuted on Law & Order in 2002 and has starred in 30 episodes which also includes the episode of 2015 where the duo met for the first time. After that, they started seeing each other and Hermann suggested going to church. Even though Mariska made her first move by cracking a joke which Hermann did not think was funny gradually the story started from that day on.
Things were going good and the couple decided to get married or shall we say tied the knot on August 26, 2004, at Santa Barbara, California after Hermann popped the question with a platinum band set with nine round diamonds, in his hand-designed by N.Y.C. jeweler Karen Karch.

In the wedding, the bride wore a Carolina Herrera gown and the groom in the Black suit walked under an arbor decorated with votive candles and hurricane lamps filled with dahlias, chocolate-colored cosmos and hydrangea with a gospel choir singing the song "Ain't No Mountain High Enough".

Mariska Hargitay has three kids even though two of them are adopted. When their son, August Miklos Friedrich Hermann was 5 years old the lovely couple decided to adopt two kids daughter Amaya and son Andrew within the difference of six months from their first adoption. In 2011 they gifted August with an elder brother and a sister. The adaptation was well planned by Hargitay and Hermann.

‘I don’t know how this is going to end up. I don’t know if I’m going to get pregnant and have twins. I don’t know…if somebody’s going to leave a baby on my doorstep.’ But I really did think that down the line, Peter and I would adopt a child. That was always part of the plan.”
