Became active in broadcasting

She began her professional career from KFAN-AM as a host and reporter. She also served at WAQS-AM for few years and then she earned the title of the first female analyst to call UNC-Charlotte men's basketball games.

1994

Joined CBS Sports

After working in Midwest Sports Channel and WCCO-TV for few years, she joined CBS Sports from the end of 1994. There she worked as a reporter and host of the show, CBS Sports Spectacular. There she also covered the news about the college basketball. 

1998

Served as the reporter of National Championship Orange Bowl

She got her rise in fame after she joined CBS Sports. She made a record being the first woman to call television play-by-play of an NCAA tournament game. As a CBS reporter, she has reported National Championship Orange Bowl in 1998.
