Began working at CBS affiliate WTVH-TV

Mike Tirico was talented and sedulous since he was child. While he was still pursuing his undergraduate degree in Syracuse University, he worked as a Sports Director at CBS affiliate WTVH-TV. He worked there for the next four years.

Graduated from Syracuse University

Mike is the graduate of Bayside High School. Soon after his high school graduation, he joined Syracuse University where he majored in political science and broadcast journalism. He finally earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1988.
