British-born political commentator and writer Milo Hanrahan, popular as Milo Yiannopoulos, is often associated with the Alt-right movement. The 33-year-old publisher, celebrity, blogger, journalist, and author, describes himself as a "cultural libertarian".

A former senior editor of Breitbart News, Milo has an estimated net worth of $4.3 million. His sexual orientation is gay. On September 2017, Yiannopoulos married his long-term gay boyfriend John in Hawaii. The two do not have any children yet.

A racist and transphobic troll who once said to Bloomberg that he disapproved of employing gay people because of trust issues, Milo's ideological standing didn't hold him back from marrying his gay boyfriend John in a lavish party that cost him AUD$460,000.

The ceremony was held at the Four Seasons Resort in Hualalai, a big Hawaiian island, in September 2017. All we know about Milo's new husband is that he is African-American and a Muslim.

In the wedding, Milo wore a black tuxedo embroidered with beautiful, colored flowers while his boyfriend was wearing a plain white tux which had the word "BLIND FOR LOVE" scrawled on the back.

The Alt-right poster boy has shared tons of wedding photos on Instagram, but in each photo he has posted, the face of husband John has been cleverly cropped out. Milo not only has been able to hide away his then boyfriend now husband's surname but he has been also successful enough to not reveal John's true identity.

Even though Milo Yiannopoulos celebrated his right to same-sex marriage, the Donald Trump supporter had urged others not to vote in favor of equal marriage.

In a chat with the Daily Mail, he said,“My instinct would be to vote against it…the paramount consideration is not those gay couples – it is religious freedoms. I’m gay and a Catholic. The highest priority for me is making sure no church, no believer anywhere is required to violate their religious conscience. My gut would be to vote against it."

Early life and Career of Milo Yiannopoulos

Half-Greek and half-Irish Milo was born in Kent, England. After the divorce of his parents, he was raised by his mother and his stepfather. He and his stepfather didn't have good terms, hence he mostly used to live with his paternal grandmother. His grandmother, whose surname he had adopted, was the one to whom he first opened up about his sexuality.

His academic history is not so great. He was schooled in Simon Langton Grammar School for Boys in Canterbury. But, according to Milo, he was suspended from there. Later he joined the University of Manchester but eventually dropped out and again joined Wolfson College, Cambridge, but never completed his studies.

Milo's first job was at The Catholic Herald, where he got interested in technology journalism. He has debated on the topic of gay marriage on Channel 4's 10 O'Clock Live with Boy George.

In 2011, Milo started The Telegraph Tech Start-Up 100, which ranked the most promising technology start-ups in Europe, but the company soon dissolved. On November the same year, he launched The Kernel, which folded in 2013 due to several legal disputes. When the magazine was owned by Daily Dot Media he was appointed as adviser for the company.

In 2015, he was appointed as a senior editor for the Breitbart News Network but after working for 2 years he resigned the post.

In mid-2017, Milo started up the media outlet called Milo, Inc.
