Morgane Stapleton Gives Birth, Welcomes Fifth Child With Husband Chris Stapleton

Congratulations are in order for Morgane Stapleton and Chris Stapleton! The couple, who are both singer-songwriters by profession, welcomed their fifth child on Sunday, May 12.

The proud mom took to Instagram on Sunday to announce the birth of the little one of the family.

Alongside a photo of the newborn holding her index finger, she wrote, "The most perfect Mother’s day…I wish all you Mama’s the happiest of days today!

The couple didn’t reveal the gender or name of the baby in the post.

As we previously reported, in November 2018, the country singer, 40, revealed during an NYC concert at Madison Square Garden that his wife, 36, was pregnant.

He told the audience at the time,

I’ve got an announcement to make. We just had twins, about seven months ago. Now there’s four of us, but we’re gonna make it five!

Songstress Reba McEntire confirmed in April 2018 at the ACM Awards that Chris and Morgane welcomed twin boys.

The pair, who has been married since October 2007, also shares an 8-year-old daughter and a 6-year-old son whose names they have kept private.
