On 21st of August 2005, Kaplinsky got married to Justin Bower. Justin is a private equity professional. They began their love affairs just six months before they got married and it is said that they first met each other on a blind date.
After being back from Kenya, Natasha joined Ringmer Community College. After that she attended Hertford College, Oxford and graduated from there in English in 1995. She then worked in the press offices of Labour leaders. In 1996, she presented Granada Talk TV show, F2F and then in November 2002 she joined BBC News and began presenting BBC Breakfast. She is also the winner of Strictly Come Dancing in 2004. She is earning lucrative amount of salary being the TV presenter.
