John Bathke is known as a TV journalist, program host, visual artist, lecturer, and a moderator, who shows his skill to feature arts and entertainment. So, he created News 12 ON THE SCENE, which is the entertainment magazine program, which basically talks about how and why art made. Talented Bathke is proud of his journalism career because his work is rewarded by various awards.??

Talking about John’s achievement in his successful life, one of his best achievements is New York Emmy Award for “On The Scene”. Not only this, there are several awards that he has received such as National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS), New York Emmy Award On-Camera Achievement Entertainment Reporting, 12 Career Emmy Nominations for the Arts and Entertainment, National Arts and Entertainment Journalism Award from Los Angeles Press Club, Three Gracie Awards, Alliance for Women In Media, National Unity Award for “Another Side of the Street” from Lincoln University, South Asian Journalist Association, News Featured Award, Garden State Association of Black Journalist Awards and Garden State Press Club Awards.

To become a success might be the reason he started his journalism career in early age, but he does not reveal yet that when exactly he started his journalism career. But at the very beginning of his career, he worked as a producer and writer at LYW-TV meanwhile news anchor at WMGM-TV.
