September 20, 2014, was a sad day for Marisa Brahney and her husband Tony Muzyka. This couple had lost their daughter, Charlotte Madison, just a few hours after her birth.
Brahney had shared this tragic news through her Facebook 4 days later. She wrote:
"After perfect and fast labor, our little girl Charlotte Madison was born early Saturday morning but had breathing complications at birth. After 2 hours of working on her, they couldn't save our little girl and we lost her. We are devastated and heartbroken. I just wanted to let my News 12 family know as you have all been so supportive of us through this journey and so many have been checking in on her arrival. Please keep us in your prayers."
In their support, hundreds of comments were posted by the fans and followers of the former NBC10 reporter.
Marisa, currently, is at News 12 based in New Jersey. Her husband Tony Muzyka is currently at ABC network as a News Broadcast Producer. He was formerly seen at NBC Philadelphia, NBC2, and NBC40news. Brahney and Muzyka met while working for NBC in Fort Myers, Florida. They dated for a short time. The question was popped by the boyfriend and the fairy tale couple got married. The wedding took place in 2012.
Even after almost 2 years of their heartbreaking loss, they still cannot get over it.
The couple gave birth to a baby boy in February 2016. He is healthy and they have named him Kennedy Charles.
In case you missed the news on-air today, our sweet son has arrived!

Kennedy Charles was born at 2:52 PM... https://t.co/5Fb9c8hV8k
Though the duo seems beyond ecstatic with their family, they cannot stop imagining how it would have been if things would have turned out differently on the day of September 2014.
With the tragedy still fresh in their memories, the love they share for this dear little soul is compelling them to look through their grief for ways to honor the memory of Charlotte Madison and support other young families who have been strong enough to go through this pain. Marisa and Tony have chosen The Tears Foundation and Michael’s Feat to make and encourage friends to make a donation in baby Charlotte’s memory.
Marisa has been actively spreading awareness and support to the similarly grieved family ever since her own loss.
The final piece in my Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness month series airs today.

Unfortunately I know more about it, about this... http://t.co/Bv68cB6Ecp
Going through such an ordeal together has made them even stronger and there seems to be no chance this couple will divorce anytime soon.
