Nick Frost is an author, producer, screen-writer, comedian an actor. He was born in Dagenham, Essex, England to office furniture designers John and Tricia Frost. He was raised catholic and he is the younger among two siblings

1999

Starred in Spaced

Frost appeared in Spaced as Mike Watt, a guy who becomes a lodger after his landlord's daughter decides to move away.

He appeared in 14 episodes from 1999 - 2001.  An American remake of the show was also created.
