After being in love with Ryan Briscoe for several months, Nicole got married to him in 2009. Ryan Briscoe is a professional racing driver from Australia. Their wedding ceremony was held in Hawaii. The couple is parents of two children, both daughters, Finely Briscoe born in December 2013 and Blake James Briscoe born on July 1st, 2016.
Nicole grew up in Roscoe, Illinois. She received her formal education at Hononegah High School. As she is a beauty queen, she also acted as a cheerleader when she was there. She graduated from there in 1998. She took part in Miss Illinois Teen USA 1998 and she was also crowned with the title She represented Illinois in the Miss Teen USA pageant in August 1998. She became third in this competition. She also took part in Miss Illinois USA 2001 pageant where she became the first runner-up.
She began her professional career from WREX-TV. Then she joined WANE-TV as a general assignment reporter. From July 1, 2006, to January 27, 2008, she worked as the co-host of The Speen Report (earlier Speed News), a Sunday motorsports program on Speed Channel, after replacing Connie LeGrand.
After her departure from the Speed Channel, she then joined ESPN in 2008. In 2014, it was revealed that she has agreed to sign a new contract with ESPN.
