After his high school, Ore Oduba attended Loughborough University with major in Sports and Social Science, graduated in the year 2008.
As per his aim and goal of a career in sports broadcasting, he joined the channel "The Network". After few months in Network, he moved to Newsround as a reporter and breakfast bulletin presenter.
Further, as a result of his hard work, Ore was promoted to deputy presenter and also started presenting the main Newsround bulletin in the absence of the main presenter Sonali Shah.
Additionally, throughout his career, Ore has served as a presenter for BBC Young Dancer, London Marathon Highlights, Olympics 2016, Let’s Dance for Comic Relief, One Love Manchester, New Year Live, All Over the Place Australia and much more.
Apart from television, Oduba also worked for BBC Radio 2 station and run a show on Sunday and Steve Wright in the Afternoon. Recently, he achieved an Honorary Doctorate from Loughborough University.
Exploring his personal life, Oduba is a married man. His wife Portia is a TV researcher. The couple first met in 2010, at an event at his university. Prior to their marriage, the love birds dated for a year. Now they are living happy life together as husband and wife
Ore Oduba holds a British nationality and belongs to the Nigerian-Black ethnicity. He claimed that he is in a deep love with Manchester United and will be a lifelong supporter.
