Washington DC native Owen Danoff was born on November 3, 1989 is an American singer and songwriter. He was a contestant on season 10 of NBC’s The Voice, where he got position in 11th place, and he choosed Adam Levine as his coach.

2004

High School "Gonzaga"

Owen completed his high schooling at Gonzaga College High School in Washington, D.C. Singer Danoff wrote and self produced his first original song using an audio recorder  at very young age of 15 years.  

2012

Release an EP Titled "Never Trust a Man"

Danoff released an EP named “Never Trust a Man”. Danoff remained an artist in residence at Strathmore’s Institute for Artist and Professional Development in EP for two years.

2013

Successful Kickstarter

Owen Danoff ran a successful Kickstarter campaign to help fund his debut album and also following the EP release, He was an artist in residence at Starthmore’s Institute, for Artist and Personal Development.

 

2014

Released "Twelve Stories"

Owen Danoff released “Twelve Stories”, which was the collection of his original music and led Danoff to three Washington Area Music Awards, “Best Pop/Rock Instrument”, “Pop/Rock Instrumentalist” and “Pop/Rock Vocalist”. Owen released a single titled “Never Been Kissed”.

2015

Released “No Such Thing (As You and Me)”

 American Singer Danoff released “No Such Thing (As You and Me)” which lead him to the 1st place lyric contest. This year he was a contestant on season 10 of NBC’s The Voice where he reached the top 11. 

2016

Released “Love on Your Side”

Danoff released his latest single titled “Love on Your Side”, consists song is also the title track on his latest EP. The song “Love on Your Side “ EP was funded with the help of a successful PledgeMusic Campaign consists of six original tracks. In this year he was also credited as a co-songwriter on Nashville star Charles Esten’s single “Already Gone Away”.

Content

Owen was introduced to music from a young age as he grew up in a musical environment and followed his father Bill Danoff's footsteps. Danoff wrote and self-produced his first original song using an audio recorder at the age of 15.

Owen attended Gonzaga College High School in Washington, D.C. Furter he graduated with a degree in film scoring from Berklee College of Music In Boston. Danoff performed at venues such as the Birchmere, the Kennedy Center and the 9;30 Club after he returned to D.C.

Danoff released EP titled “Never Trust a Man”, following the EP release he went on to join Strahmore’s institute for Artistic and Professional Development as an artist. Danoff ran a successful Kickstarter campaign to help fund his full-length debut album.

Regarding Danoff personal life, he has not revealed his relationship status anywhere on social networking sites which hint that he may possibly be single. As a struggling singer with a great potential, he has a bright future ahead and would surely earn name and fame in the days to come.
