Kelly Tilghman is a broadcaster for The Golf Channel who became the first female lead golf announcer in 2007 PGA Tour. She was born to Katherine Tilghman and Phil Tilghman on August 6, 1969, in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, U.S.
Kelly played some college golf at Duke University before working as a course reporter for The Golf Channel. Listening to a lady's voice calling and coordinating the activity surprisingly appeared to be awkward and unpleasant to golf's traditions. But later in 2007, The Golf Channel took a chance with Tilghman's ability, mind and demonstrable skill to make her the first female lead golf announcer. With no doubts, she worked with the passion for her profession and thanks to viewers for the response they gave to a hard-worker.

Later in January 2009, Kelly had confronted feedback for her comments about Tiger Woods during her 2008 PGA Tour Telecast. She was suspended for saying that
“Young players who wanted to challenge Tiger Woods should lynch him in a back alley.''
Kelly Tilghman got out of her business for two weeks.
Kelly was raised around the golf business as her parents had owned and operated a golf course for a long time. As a result, she has also played professionally proficient golf in Australia, Europe, and Asia furthermore served as an educating and visiting star. She has won 1990's Lady Paladin Invitational organized by Furman University.
