Dave Rienzi is best known as the personal power trainer of superstar actor and producer Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, who has also played in the most recent iteration of Baywatch. Dave is a bodybuilder, a professional trainer in Hollywood, and an American businessman. 

He is also popular for competing in the light heavyweight category and creating his special workout named Hercules Workout Program, which is also known as the Rock workout. He and Dwayne promoted the workout program, which includes a heavy workout and high nutrition diet, while Dwayne was working on the film Hercules and Pain and Gain. Dave and Dwayne also own a production house together.
