Pixie was awarded scholarship while she was at Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts and also appeared in the West End production of Chitty Bang Bang at the London Palladium. She also received opportunities to appeared in BBC One's Celebrate the Sound of Music as Louisa von Trapp in 2005, which was one of the biggest achievement for her life.
Pixie's outstanding performances led her to be the part of the chorus at the age of 14. Then after, she started recording vocals on Roger Waters's opera Ca Ira and on the other side, she also received A grades in her high school for her achievements.
Pixie started her musical journey at the age of 15, signing to the Island Def Jam Music Group after her few demos in 2006. After few years of hard work, Pixie debuted her single song, "Mama Do" in 2009 which remain number one in the UK Singles Chart for a week.
