Since her tender age, Poppy had a keen interest in dancing and gave 11 years of her life for dancing to be a Rockette. Her dream was to become a musician. She then transferred to Nashville, TN around age 14 due to her father's job.
Poppy began her career by performing at various social media festivals organized by VidCon, Digi Tour. Later, Poppy sang a cover of MGMT’s “Kids” with her friends in the musical group Heyhihello.
