Producers Looking for Fresh Faces to Cast on the New James Bond Movie, Bond 25. Rami Malek as Villain?

With the production date nearing, producers are in a bustle in deciding the new face to cast alongside Daniel Craig in the new James Bond movie, Bond 25.

There's a hunt going on for two female actresses who will be filling the vacant post of an MI6 agent, and an accomplice who will play the roles similar to Olga Kurylenko's character in the former 007 movies, Quantum of Solace.

Producers are also looking for a new face who will play the role of an American CIA agent, which was previously portrayed by Jeffrey Wright.

As per various sources, the top priority for the CIA agent is actor Billy Magnussen, who will be crossing roads with James Bond in the movie. However, nothing has been confirmed yet.

Billy also has previous working experiences with writer and director Cary Joji Fukunaga and has appeared in his Maniac, a Netflix original series.

There's a rumor that Cary had previously tried to cast Magnussen alongside Jake Gyllenhaal in the biopic of Leonard Bernstein.

As for the role of villain, sources indicate that the producers have shown maximum interest in the recent Oscar Award winner Rami Malek. But owing to the actor's commitment to his original series Mr. Robot, the producers might have to drop off their offer.

MGM had no say on the casting of the movie. Director Fukunaga submitted his draft of the movie at the beginning of the year.

While the news was out that a major rewriting had to be done, the producers and Daniel Craig were quite excited with what Cary had to offer.

Other cast members like Naomi Harris, Lea Seydoux and Ralph Fiennes will be reprising their respective roles in the new movie.
