Promise is a married woman. She got married to Steve Phan. Steve is the brother of makeup artist, Michelle Phan.
Promise was fascinated in makeup since she was in her high school days. While she was in her middle school, she used makeup up for the first time and after that she became more used to makeup and beauty. She began making several videos and finally on 12th of January 2010, she posted her first YouTube video where she transformed herself using Avatar makeup. She then began running her own YouTube channels like dope2111 channel and Promise2111 channel. She has more than 4 million subscribers in this YouTube channels.
