Randy Meisner married his first wife Jennifer Lee Baryon in 1963. They first met in high school as high school friends. Later their friendship turned into a special relationship. After being together, they gave birth to three children; son Dana Scott Meisnerborn in 1963, and twins Heather Leigh and Eric Shane Meisner, born in 1970.

The couple remained together for around 17 years, however, they couldn’t they ended up in divorce in 1981. The main reason behind their separation is Randy's bad habit of using drugs. Meisner married his second with Lana Rae in November 1996. They were living a happy life without any consequences, Sadly Randy became alone again, after the death of his second on March 6, 2016.

Meisner has certain health issues, as he is an alcoholic and drug addict, he has struggled a lot to deal with his new frame Eagles. In 2004, he suffered from a number of heart attacks and could not attain tours with his band. Similarly, in March 2013, he faced another health issue as he found consciousness in his home.

After releasing a number of albums and as a member of a popular band, Randy has maintained a good financial status and receives a good amount as salary and his current net worth is around $15 million.
