Randy started playing as the freshman where he set the records for most games with the touchdown catch in 14th season in NCAA Division I-AA. While playing for Marshall University, he achieved his third career 200 plus yards playing against Kent State. Randy had scored at least 1 touchdown in all twenty-eight games he played for Marshall.
