Hearty Condelence! Just one day after rapper Mac Miller died of an apparent drug overdose, his ex-girlfriend Ariana Grande has broken her silence.
The R&B singer, 25, took to Instagram on Saturday, September 8, to pay tribute to her ex-boyfriend, with sharing a sweet black & white photo of the late songster.
The photo shows Miller, whose real name was Malcolm McCormick, sitting on the grass, looking up at someone wearing sneakers (possibly Grande herself).

She turned off comments on the post after fans followers slammed her following the death of the rapper.
As previously reported, Miller passed away at the age of 26 due to an apparent overdose on Friday. According to TMZ report, he was pronounced dead at his San Fernando Valley home after police officers were called to the scene.
Miller's family released a statement on Friday evening, in which they remembered him as a “bright light in this world”.
The family told TMZ,
Malcolm McCormick known and adored by fans as Mac Miller, has tragically passed away at the age of 26. He was a bright light in this world for his family, friends and fans. Thank you for your prayers.
Tom Corson, the co-chairman and chief operating officer of Warner Bros. Records - which was the late rapper's record label - also shared a statement.
It reads,
Mac was a hugely gifted and inspiring artist, with a pioneering spirit and a sense of humor that touched everyone he met. Mac’s death is a devastating loss and cuts short a life and a talent of huge potential, where the possibilities felt limitless. We join all of his fans across the globe in extending our thoughts and prayers to his family and friends.
The former couple, who started dating in August 2016, had announced their split back in May. After their break up, Miller remained single while Grande since moved on with Saturday Night Live star Pete Davidson.
