Rebecca was in a relationship with an American director, producer, and screenwriter Brett Ratner. The couple was also engaged, but couldn't make it to marriage. The pair was engaged from 1996 - 2004. Rebecca's former fiancee Brett was accused of sexual misconduct including Olivia Munn, Natasha Henstridge in late 2017.
Rebecca is married to her actor boyfriend Eric Dane. The couple is also parents to two daughters, Billie Beatrice and Georgia Geraldine.
Rebecca was sentenced to three years of probation and a one-year suspension of her driving license, a $2,800 fine and 750 hours of community service, following June 13, 2001's incident.
