Redfoo started his career writing and producing songs and was also a former for a hip-hop group. With his friends, he released the Balance Beam album. Later after his group split up and he started engineering work for Defari’s. In 2004, Redfoo teamed up with Figgkidd and Tech N9ne. Together they work on the song “I Gotta Know”. Later, Redfoo formed the electropop band LMFAO with his nephew in 2006 and released an album in collaboration with DJ David Guetta’s which held the number-one position in France, the UK, and Scotland.
In 2010, they again released the album Sorry for Party Rocking which was a worldwide hit. Redfoo also worked with Pitbull’s and later, he also appears in Live My Life by Far East Movement.
