Stephanie Druley began to work in ESPN in 1990 when she joined ESPN as a production assistant.

Developed My Wish

In 2006, Druley developed the annual SportsCenter “My Wish” summer series, a collaborative effort with the Make-A-Wish Foundation that chronicles the granting of unique sports-related wishes for children (ages 6-15) with life-threatening medical conditions.

Ms. Stephanie Druley is the Senior Vice president of Event & Studio production of ESPN, Inc, since July 2016

She has a bachelor degree in Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin.

She started working with ESPN  back in 1990; she joined ESPN as a production assistant. She then worked as an associate producer from 1996 to 1999. In between 1999 and 2000, she became the highlights supervisor. Following this, her work shifted to be a producer for ESPN between 2000 and 2002.

In 2002, she became a coordinating producer and was named as a senior coordinating producer in the fall of 2005.

Likewise, she also has the experience of hosting various studio shows such as Monday Night Countdown, NFL PrimeTime, and NFL Live.

Similarly, she has been the host of the Emmy-Award winning studio show Sunday NFL countdown. Durley's other work with ESPN includes covering the annual on-site coverage for the Super Bowl.

Later on in her career, she was given a position as a Vice president in March 2011 for the 24/7 University of Texas channel in March 2011.  She was further given more responsibilities in 2013 including management and the launch of all the content produced for the SEC conference’s live national network. 

Further, in her career, she served in all NFL studio shows of ESPN as a senior coordinating producer in 2011. Druley is considered as one of the respected executives in ESPN.

Apart from this, she is also a member of Women in Cable & Telecommunications (WITC). Having led a successful career, Druley is a source of inspiration for many women who are struggling hard to get a position in media.
