Born in San Francisco, California

Steve Jobs was from middle class family born to the Joanne Schieble and Abdulfattah "John" Jandali in San Francisco, California. His biological parents abandoned him and he was soon adopted by Paul Reinhold Jobs. He was an American and is of American and Syrian descent.

1972

Dropped out from Reed College

He received his formal education from Homestead High School. He was also able to complete his education from there. Then he joined Reed College. He was a creative child but he had no interest in his study. There he also showed no any sing in his studies. He also dropped out from there.

1974

Began his career as a video game designer

He showed no any sign of interest in his study, he dropped out from Reed College. Then for the next one and half year, he joined some creative classes. In 1974, he began his professional career and that was as a video game designer.

1976

Began Apple Computer

After travelling all over India and learning more about Buddhism and finding some enlightenment within him he returned back to United States. Two years later in 1976, he developed Apple Computer. He and his colleagues Wozniak was the founder of the Apple Computer. 

1980

Became publicly traded company

They modernized the technology. Their first piece of creativity, Apple I was sold for $666.66 each. With the success of Apple I, they also launched Apple II in 1977. With the start of 1980s the net worth of their company became $1.2 billion.

1985

Left Apple Computer

His product was once one of the best creative arts, they lacked creativity in their later products and their design was same. Their market price fell down and they were dominated by IBM. The downfall of Apple leads to the downfall of Steve Jobs and he was offered the humble position in the company and in 1985, he decided to quit the company.

In 1985, he began his new career. He founded the enterprise titled NeXT, Inc which focused mainly on hardware and software. Later on, he bought George Lucas and changed its name to Pixar Animation Studios. This studio has produced several renowned movies like Toy Story, Finding Nemo and many more.

In 1978, he was seen having love affairs with his girlfriend Chrisann Brennan. It was also said that he was the father of a daughter with her but he didn't accept being the father of her as he claimed to be sterile in front of the court. But she started living with him since she entered her teens.

At the start of the 1990s, he met the love of his life, Laurene Powell. At that time she was studying master's in Business Administration at Stanford business school. After dating each other for few times they got married on March 18, 1991. He was happy to have her as his loving wife and they also welcomed three children together. There had been no rumors of their divorce then.

As his father was a mechanic, he and his father Paul Jobs used to work in their own family electronic garage.
