Taylor Momsen began her career when she was two years old by signing with Ford Models. When she was three, she starred in a commercial for Shake 'n Bake. Later, she appeared in the role of Cindy Lou Who in Dr Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas. She became the part of Hansel and Gretel, as well as Alexandra and even Spy Kids 2: The Island of Lost Dreams.
After that, she performed the character of Jenny Humphrey in the CW television series Gossip Girl, made by Cecily von Ziegesar. In 2008, while she was the age of fourteen, she signed a contract with IMG models.
