When Theodore was just five, he showed an interest in acting and his parents enrolled him in Guthrie Theater. He received his formal education from Annunciation Catholic School. He was found playing the role of Tim Allgood in this play. He played his debut movie role in 2002 by starring the role of Danial in the movie Garmento.
