Tilky Montgomery Jones, better known as Tilky Jones, is an American singer and actor. He was a member of the band Take 5, an Ameican boy band from Orlando, Florida consisting of Tim “TJ” Christopher, Stevie Sculthorpe, and brothers Ryan and Jeff “Clay” Goodell.
Born in Charleston, South Carolina on June 24, 1981, Jones holds an American nationality and he belongs to the white ethnicity.
Tilky Jones was raised alongside his sibling Court Jones. At the age of thirteen, Jones attended The Musical Theatre Projects of Tampa and a 3-week apprenticeship under Anne Reinking with guest instructors Julian Stein, Seth Riggs, Luigi, Savion Glover, Pat Birch, Treat Williams, and Gregory Hines. He is also well-trained in Karate, Judo, Jujitsu and drumming.
He first pursued his career in the music industry with an American boy band Take 5 based in Orlando, Florida. Their debut album was Take 5 (Edel Music). Before the split of the band, Take 5 released over 28 albums including Never Far Away, Do That, Water, Hottie, Girl Of My Dreams, and I Give.
Tilku Jones made his debut in Hollywood with the movie, Lost Island, portraying the character Jay. After six years in the industry, he made his TV debut with the reality TV series Long Shot. He later made his appearance as Max in One Tree Hill alongside his co-stars Sophia Bush, Bethany Joy Lenz, and Chad Michael Murray.
He has also appeared in the movies like The Guardian, Never Back Down, Every Day, Naughty & Nice, and The Wrong House. Summing up, he has also made his appearance in the TV movies like The Wrong House, A Father’s Secret, Open Marriage, and Second Chance Christmas.
