Wondering, who's that lucky guy? Well, he is Martin. The couple is already engaged and they are planning their wedding. The pair is in a live-in relationship and lives together at their Georgian house in Cheshire.

Now, let's travel back in time. Prior to Martin, Jenny was married to Toby Baxendale whom she met in a Chinese restaurant in 1997. The relationship of the couple took a shape after they welcomed their first child, a baby girl Constance on 18 January 2001.

A couple of years after the birth of Constance, the pair eventually were married in an open-air nightclub on the shore of Lake Garda in Italy in October 2003.

Everything was going perfectly but their marriage was devastated after Jenny found Toby cheating on her. Her then-husband reportedly had an extramarital affair with a recruitment consultant Suzanne Galloway in 2008. It all happened when Jenny was seven months pregnant with her second child, Pollyanna.

It sounds pretty heartbreaking, right? Jenny gave birth to her youngest daughter Pollyanna in November 2008.

The couple tried to work through their problems but their marriage soon faltered. The finalization of their divorce was done in May 2010, after three years of their separation.
