Trace Adkins was born as Tracy Darrell Adkins on January 13, 1962, in Sarepta, Louisiana, the USA to Aaron Doyle Adkins (1942-2014) and Peggy. His father was a mill worker in Springhill and worked 47 years at International Paper Container Division.
