George Murdoch AKA Brodus Clay/Tyrus, is a popular American actor, cable television political commentator, and professional wrestler. He is well-known for his performance in WWE and films like No One Lives, Enuattii, and Supercon.
Born To Multi-Racial Parents
George Murdoch was born on 21st February 1973, in Massachusetts, the United States of America. He was born to a black father and a white mother. Likewise, Tyrus holds an American nationality and belongs to a mixed ethnic group.
Tyrus enrolled and graduated from Quartz Hill High School located in Los Angeles in 1990. He then attended Antelope Valley College in 1992. Moreover, he also went to the University of Nebraska at Kearney and learned to teach.

Professional Career
Brodus signed a contract with the WWE, World Wrestling Entertainment, and was assigned to Deep South Wrestling. He made his debut in September 2006 under the name G-Rilla. Tyrus defeated Big Bully Douglas during the first match for the promotion.
The following month, he became the tag team alongside Eric Perez and Sonny Siaki. They also won the championships from The Major Brothers on 30th November.
In June 2007, Brodus made his debut at FCW's inaugural show defeating Shawn Osborne. Likewise, on 15th September, G-Rilla won a battle royal to become the number one contender to the FCW Southern Heavyweight Championship eliminating Teddy Hart.
Tyrus re-signed with WWE and was assigned to FCW in January 2010. He then formed an alliance with Tamina, The Uso Brothers, and Donny Marlow and went on to defeat both Jacob Novak and Rudy Parker before changing his ring name to Brodus Clay. He appeared at a WWE house show and lost to JTG in October.

He was named part of the fourth season during the finale of season three of NXT along with Ted DiBiase and Maryse. He later picked Alberto Del Rio as his new partner and attacked his former-partner DiBiase.
Following his stint in NXT, Clay debuted as Del Rio's new bodyguard and replaced him in his match against Christian. On April 25, in an episode of Raw, Del Rio was drafted to Raw while Tyrus remained on SmackDown.
