‘Vanderpump Rules’ Alum Lala Kent Is Set to Marry: Engaged to Boyfriend Randall Emmett
Lala Kent and her boyfriend Randall Emmett are all set to get married! The Vanderpump Rules star is engaged to the film producer, multiple sources have confirmed.
Of the couple's engagement, the 28-year-old television star told Us Weekly, "I can’t stop calling him my fiancé. My face hurts from smiling! I just can’t believe I get to have this man forever. I’m the luckiest girl in the world."
She also took to Instagram on Saturday, September 1 to announce the exciting news. The post features a series of photos the newly engaged couple, in which they kiss as Kent shows of her massive round diamond ring designed. The engagement ring is reportedly designed by Richie Rich from Leon Diamond in New York.
Alongside the beautiful pictures, she wrote,
Last night was the best night of my entire life. I got engaged to the man of my dreams. I get to call this amazing human my fiancé! The proposal reportedly took place at Kent's birthday celebration in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. A source told the publication, "She had no idea it was going to happen!"
According to the source, Emmett, 47, who is the chairman and co-founder of production company Emmett/Furla/Oasis Films, surprised his girlfriend with a reel of the actress' favorite show, Friends, that cut into a montage showing photos of their life together, also featuring his parents, her parents Kent Burningham (who died in April) and Lisa Burningham.
The end of the video clip showed a message reading, “Lala I love you now and forever”, and when she turned around, the groom-to-be was on one knee.
After months of dating rumors, the couple made their relationship public in December 2017.
Prior to Kent's relationship with Emmett, she had an affair with James Kennedy from 2015 to 2016. Meanwhile, the filmmaker was previously married to actress Ambyr Childers, 30; they married in 2009 and got a divorce in 2017.
