1990

Joined tennis academy of Rick Macci

Venus Williams was a great tennis player since her childhood days. When Venus was ten, she and her sister Serena took tennis lessons under the Rick Macci. He was influenced by then and he also provided them the extra tennis lessons. 

October 31 , 1994

Made her professional debut

She was kind of invincible since her early teens.  When she was in her young age, she was also the United States No.1 junior tennis player with the record of 63-0. She began her professional tennis career since 1994 and she played her first professional match on 31st of October.

2007

Began dating Hank Kuehne

She was once in romantic love affairs with Hank Kuehne. She began dating him since 2007. He is the professional golfer from United States and he used to play on the PGA Tour. Once he was also the U.S. Amateur champion.

Suffered severe injury and illness

As she was gaining her form to reach the top spot in the Tennis she was again blown away by the injury in 2011. She lost several of her initial matches. She was also taken out of the game because of viral illness. That year, she was ranked the lowest of her professional career.
