Soren Bjerg, also known as Bjergsen, is a 22 years old Danish professional gamer. Over the period of time, he has received enormous fame by using his gaming abilities to play League of Legends. His earnings are mostly from the videos which he uploads on Youtube. His account has over more than 450,000 subscribers and has a total of 45 million views, as in 2018. The young wizard has also won a lot of competitions which all added to his monetary value.

Bjergsen was fined $2000 by the Riot Games on 23rd January 2014.

Bjergsen’s career

As a kid, Bjerg was a reasonable student but was bullied often by his classmates. And as a remedy to all this, he found a resort in video games. He played enough video games to clear his mind off depression.

He left school early and made his move towards gaming. He gradually got better with his Elo ranking. In the beginning, he also played many other games along with LOL.

Professional career

Bjergsen started his career with the Western Wolves in April 2012. In 2013, he entered the League of Legends as one of the youngest gamers.

European LCS

He couldn’t make an entry with Copenhagen Wolves in the third season of European LCS because of the age restriction by Riot Games, whose Vice President is Marc Merill.

He was temporarily replaced by CowTard in the first two weeks of the competition. On 21st February, Bjergsen reached 17 and started playing. Copenhagen Wolves achieved success under Bjerg and was acquired for the Summer by Ninjas in Pyjamas (NiP) and remained until November 2013.

In the same year, Bjerg left European LCS and joined North American LCS as he moved to the United States.

North American LCS

After joining the North American LCS, he replaced the founder-owner of TSM, an eSports organization, Reginald.

TSM performed much higher to everybody’s expectations as the team got 22-6 at the end of the round robin which has just two short of Cloud9. TSM lost to Cloud9 early.

But somehow, Bjerg helped his team reach the finals of all the NA LCS with TSM. In 2015, his team won the third NA Championship surpassing teams like Team Impulse and Cloud9. The victory got them to the 2015 Mid Season Invitational where they won the IEM.

In the 2016 Preseason, TSM made several changes in the player list expect Bjerg’s position who remained in the team from the starting lineup.

With about 50% success in the starting weeks of the NA LCS, TSM were invited to IEM Katowice and lost to the initial winner of the time SK Telecom T1. TSM finished third and tied with Royal Never Give Up.

They returned to the US to meet the lowest ranks in the history of League when they lost to Echo Fox.

Bjergsen’s Personal Life

Bjerg started with video games as an escape from school, and from all the bullies. He has two brothers and currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
