Big Sean and Jhene Aiko Relationship Still Sour, Reunion Proves Ineffective
American musical artist Jhene Aiko recently made an Instagram post with Big Sean, and the post left many wondering if the two are back together as a couple. But it seems things are still not okay with the exes.
Regarding the relationship between the two, a close source to Aiko told Us Weekly that the 31 years old Aiko wanted to make people clear about her relationship with Sean as she apparently incorporates their relationship in her new song “Triggered (Freestyle).” The former couple who was in a relationship for 2 years ended their affair in December 2018.
Talking of the couple's love affair, the insider said,
Jhene was very upset with how her freestyle was only seen as a diss track to Big Sean. She knows she went harder on him than he deserved and was upset that her fans were attacking him.
In her latest release on Tuesday, May 7, the three-time Grammy nominee sings, “Knew from the beginning / You’d ruin everything, you do it every time” indicating her troublesome relationship with the rapper.
In her Instagram post made on May 11, she uploaded a photo of herself with Sean smiling at each other. She wrote “Today was a good day,” in the caption.
Further, the insider also talked about the Instagram post made by the singer saying,
Jhene wanted to meet up with him to explain her frustrations that were shared in her freestyle and post this picture so people would stop hating on Sean so much, They are not back together.
Besides, Aiko also made a post regarding her song on her Twitter account a day after the release of the song.
