Chadwick Aaron Boseman, a.k.a. Chadwick Boseman, is an actor based in the United States best known for his most recent film, Black Panther. In the Marvel film, he portrayed the role of the lead character Black Panther and starred alongside Michael B. Jordan and Lupita Nyong'o. He has an estimated net worth of $5 million which has been quite constant for some time now. 

Born on 29th November 1977, the 40-years-old made his debut as an actor back in 2003 and has appeared in some hit movies like Captain America: Civil War, Marshall, 42, and many others.

In 2017, Chadwick had an estimated net worth of $5 million and his net worth in 2018 is under review. Moreover, with the release of his massive hit film which has made a jaw-dropping $16.3 million in just three weeks of release, his net worth can be expected to rise drastically within mid-2018. 

For his portrayal of the lead character/ superhero, sources claim that he was paid a massive $3 million for the movie alone. His co-stars  Michael B. Jordan and Lupita Nyong'o, on the other hand, received a pay cheque of $1 million. However, we highly doubt that the figures are correct as it was later reported that he was guaranteed $500,000 upfront for the movie excluding back-end profits. 

Moreover, in 2016, Boseman signed a five movie contract with Marvels including Captain America: Civil War which made him the first African-American hero under Marvel. This movie was even a more significant hit than Black Panther with a worldwide box office collection of $1.153 billion. The lead actors of the film were paid in millions but The Richest claim that Boseman was underpaid for the movie as he received a pay cheque of just $200,000. 

Likewise, salaries from his other films like Gods of Egypt, Get on Up, and Draft Day are $541,126, $346,452, and $315,657 respectively. 

Moreover, according to sources, the actor had an annual salary of $588,253 till 2016-2017 which can be expected to increase by the end of 2018. Similarly, Marvel has a pay system according to which, an actor will be earning more with the number of Marvel films they appear in.

Chadwick Boseman made his debut on TV back in 2003 through an episode of Third Watch. In the same year, he was also offered the recurring role of Reggie Porter in TV series All My Children

Throughout the early and mid-2000s, he only appeared in minor TV roles until he made his debut on the big screen. In 2008, he appeared as Floyd Little in the film The Express: The Ernie Davis Story

Likewise, he appeared in numerous TV shows like CSI: NY, Lie to Me, Persons Unknown, The Glades and many others until 2011. Since his appearance on 2011 movie Justified, the actor has not portrayed any TV roles. In 2013, he appeared on the big screen through the role of Lt. Samuel Drake in The Kill Hole

In the same year, he also portrayed the role of Jackie Robinson in 42 which can be considered as a role which brought him into the limelight. His massive breakthrough proved to be a 2016 film Captain America: Civil War where he portrayed Black Panther. The role resulted in him gaining media attention, and he was also nominated for a Saturn Award for the role.

In 2016, he also made his debut as a producer, and he worked as an actor and executive producer on film Message from the King. In the following year, he co-produced a film named Marshall in which he portrayed the role of Thurgood Marshall

As of 2018, his film Black Panther was released and his another Marvel film Avengers: Infinity War featuring Robert Downey Jr., Chris Pratt, and others, is under production. The movie will be releasing soon in 2018.
