Emma Watson was quick to call her legal team after the website celebjihad.com leaked the actress' nude photos, in which her breasts and nipples were exposed.
On September 2, when the site released Watson's photos, Emma's lawyers sent a cease and desist letter, claiming Emma owns the pics and the copyright on them, and that they were breaking the law by publishing them without the necessary consent.
The website took down the photos shortly after receiving a letter from Watson’s lawyers, writing "Emma Watson’s lawyers have had her leaked photos removed under a copyright claim. We have replaced Emma’s leaked photos with the braless see-through pics above and below which also expose Emma’s brazen breastal degeneracy (SIC)."

The photos were reportedly snapped by Emma’s stylist, who then granted the full image rights back to the actress. It's still not known how the website got access to the private photos of the 26-year-old.
