Kelsey Chow Asbille is an American actress who was born on September 9, 1991, in Columbia, South Carolina, U.S. She is the eldest child of her family and has a younger brother and sister. She is the daughter of a Chinese father, Jim Chow and English descent mother, Jean Chow. She also speaks a little bit of Chinese. She attended Hammond School for high school and attends Columbia University currently.
Kelsey Asbille started her acting career in 2005 when she was 14 years old, after gaining experience in community theater Her debut role was in the show One Tree Hill appearing as Gigi Silveri from 2005 to 2009.
