Mel Gibson is an American actor and filmmaker. He is best known for his performance as Max Rockatansky in the first three films in the Mad Max post-apocalyptic action series. He was born on January 3, 1956, in Peekskill, New York. He is currently 62 years old. He has American nationality and belongs to white ethnicity. He is the son of mother Anne Patricia and father Hutton Gibson. He attended St.Leo’s Catholic College, New South Wales, and completed his schooling. Later, he studied acting at the National Institute of Dramatic Art. He has a brother named Donal Gibson.
