The 61-year-old actress who is also a singer and dancer fell in love with a doctorate degree holder, Tom Apostle. Sharon tied the knot with Dr. Tom Apostle back in 2002 and the couple is still living happily with each other.

Sharon chose the place, Saint Sophia for the day as it is emotionally close to her as it was in the same church her character in NYPD Blue, Sylvia Costas got married to her on-screen partner Detective Andy Sipowicz.

Sharon has been secretive about her personal life and how the couple met each other and how the two kicked up their relationship is still a mystery.

There is a number story of celebs whose relationship was ruined because of too much publicity. Maby be the couple is aware of the fact and prefers to keep their relationship low-key.

In their fifteen years-long relationship, the couple is living happily with each other without any rumors of divorce or conflicts. But despite the long relationship, the couple doesn't have any children.
