On 22nd June 2015, she announced her pregnancy during Fox and Friends First. She said, "I've wanted a baby for a long time, even before my husband and I got married. And last year, after working at Fox for nine years, it seemed like the right time. I had worked my way up at Fox. I started in 2007, working the overnight shift on the weekends. I would do one-minute news-of-the-day updates every hour on programs like Hannity. I got promoted to co-anchor of the early morning show Fox & Friends First in 2013. I loved the job, and I'd been doing it for two years when I found out that I was pregnant last March. My husband and I were thrilled".

Baby Hayden weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces, and she was 20 inches long at her birth. Everyone at Fox was very supportive of her childbirth. When Ainsley met the FNC CEORoger Ailes then, he told her, "I want you to know that this baby is part of the Fox family."
