Baeumler attended the University of Western Ontario, where he studied political science and business. He started his career in construction at a young age, working on job sites during summers and weekends, and eventually went on to start his own construction company.

So, after Bryan got married to Sarah in 2004, Bryan Inc. was focused on the husband and wife pairing together to buy properties, renovate or replace the old houses, and sell them at a profit.
