Hasna is a B.A. graduate of Sarah Lawrence College and received her Master’s Degree and Doctorate at Teachers College, Columbia University. She is a very learned and respected lady. In the past, she has held posts like Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources in the Poughkeepsie City School District, Westchester Country’s Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Personnel, Orange Country’s high school principal and middle school assistant principal, Nassau Country’s students Dean. However, her journey was not easy. She first started working as a 7th grade English teacher in Westchester.

Hasna is a very active woman. She keeps herself busy in leadership initiatives, curriculum, and instruction. She also provides workshops on professional development for teachers and administrators. Besides, she also teaches multicultural literacy, educational renewal, diversity management, and writing. 
At present, Hasna is the chairperson of the Greater Hudson Valley Advisory Council of Today’s Student’s, Tomorrow’s Teachers. She is also a member of the Teachers College Alumni Council.

Hasna Muhammad's relationship with her husband is perfect

Despite being such a busy working lady, Hasna’s relationship with her husband is great. She seems to have constant supports from her husband. She has been very successful in maintaining her home and family life. She has never deceived her husband by having some secret boyfriend or an affair. Therefore, there is not a single hint of divorce between this amazing couple. At present, Hasna lives with her darling husband, Abdul in Putnam County with her husband.
