Neither has the League of Legends player spoken about being in a relationship, and there are also no rumors about him dating anyone. 

If we are to look at his Instagram posts, there are no pictures which make us doubt that he might be in a relationship with someone.

So, if assumptions are to be made, he is most probably single at present but in the past, he was in a relationship with his fellow League of Legends player named Lumienkeli. As soon as they started dating and the news became public, a man tweeted them congratulations in not a very pleasant way.
