Don Omar dating no one after divorce from wife Jackie Guerrido as his second marriage not imminent

Reggaeton star Don Omar has been in and out of controversies regarding his personal life for long now. It has been five years that he divorced the hot weather news caster Jackie Guerrido, whom he was married to for almost 3 years. And as of 2016, Omar is single.

Don and Jackie married in 2008.

On April 19, 2008, Puerto Rico bore witness to the lavish wedding ceremony of Don and Jackie. The ceremony had many celebrity invitees on the list. But rumors of the relationship going down the drain was already present long before. The engagement of Don and Jackie in 2007 was already surrounded with news that they would not last very long together.

And the rumors turned out true indeed. They did not last  long.

Don Omar aka El Rey, is not dating anyone right now.

After his first divorce from his wife Jackie,  Omar, 38, is currently single. Pals with Fast and Furious actor Vin Diesel, Omar has been seen partying with his friends only. His love interest has been missing from the pictures.

So is this because this Puerto Rican singer, songwriter, and actor is focusing on his career?

Maybe not. It may be because of his not so bright past history in relationships.

He has been accused of violence in his past relationships.

In 2011, it was rumored that Omar's then-wife Jackie had filed for a divorce from Omar on the grounds that she was the victim of domestic violence from the singer. Jackie was said to be living separately from her then-husband after only two years of marriage.

Then in 2014, Don was arrested and charged with domestic violence and threatening his ex-girlfriend Rebeca Lopez. He was accused of being violent and is said to have threatened Lopez at gunpoint.

Though none of these allegations of domestic violence has been proven true, it undeniably hampered this Reggaeton star's stardom reputation.

And well, who could blame the girls for staying away from the man accused of such incidents in his affair.
